Pet Policy

Pets welcome with Additional Fees. Maximum of 2 domestic household pets per unit, not to exceed twenty-five (25) pounds each. Dogs require $800 deposit and $75 pet rent. Cats require $800 deposit and $75 pet rent.

Breed restrictions: Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Wolf-Hybrids, Perro de Presa Canarios, Doberman Pinchers, Rottweilers or any dog that has the above breeds in their lineage are not permitted at our community.
